CLEANNING SERVICE
Cleanning service of unit Must be request at front desk until 15:00 hrs. Except on 1st o January.

VALUABLES CUSTODY
Do not neglect valuables (jewelry, cash or electronic devices). We offer safety box at front desk. In case of robbery or theft, we will apply our security protocol available at front desk.

LUGGAGE CUSTODY
Must be requested at Front Desk between 08:00 and 23:00 hrs.

PARKING
This is located in front of the Hotel Chagual, a closed, safe space with security cameras. It is an external parking lot with whom we have an agreement and permanent entry and exit. It is included in low season and has an additional cost during January and February. You can park in any uncovered space, between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Request opening at reception.
In the case of very large vehicles, adequate space will be assigned, consult at reception. Parking is considered or included depending on the season, between 3:00 p.m. (check-in time) and 11:00 a.m. (check out time) for extended stays in the parking lot, a differential must be paid directly in the parking lot.

Complete the form available and place it with your clothes. The waitress will pick up the clothes and once its
finished it will be place on your unit on the afternoon of the next day. Charges will be made to your room account.
